I don't see any problem with what the owl games team did by locking their ANN three thinking it is better to have the thread locked if the representative has become inactive here in the forum and instead of leaving the thread open unmoderated its better to have it locked and anyone looking to contact them should go through their website support.
Locking the thread of a casino that is active and functional is not a good idea. You are sending a wrong signal to the participants that are registered with the casino who ah e their membership here. Anything if that nature would put members to panic because it is a red flag to them that something might have happened so with the fear of the unknown they would start withdrawal of funds and if that happens and owl casino notice it and start delaying withdrawals for proper investigation, the members withdrawing would call them scam all this leads to one situation or another which is not a good one for a casino. So therefore locking the thread was a wrong move by the team or who ever that gave them that idea because it would cause more harm than good to the casino.
It cant be considered as functional if the representative itself dont update and answer in the thread since its an announcement thread. Their action to lock the thread to redirect all the complaints on their support and not here is right because they are not here anymore. Those complaints that will be posted in the thread is just nonsense since the addressed party cant see and answer the complain. Having a discussion with co-member against the issue will not solve anything because the casino is still the one who can resolve and this will not gonna change no matter how many negative tag we put on their inactive bitcointalk account.
This discussion thread is exactly what we need to post discussion since we all talking about the casino without expecting any feedback from the team.
Although owl.games have left bitcointalk, but they still have Twitter, telegram and discord in discord, by the way, you can create a ticket with a request to support about the problem you have, a separate channel has been created there for this, maybe they found such communication more productive, I don't know.
