Unfortunately, every day, when I asked for an update, they would provide the same generic response of "No ETA, no update yet, etc." Seven days have passed, and there still hasn't been any update or explanation.
it is not the first time I've seen duelbits say "No ETA" when they are doing an investigation on a gambler's account, it is pretty frustrating but there's really nothing that can be done other than waiting or making complaints on a platform like this. as AbuBhakar has said, this could take a while, but let's hope not.
anyway, I am sorry that you are experiencing this and I hope this issue can be resolved soon.
