Forum is not friendly/unfriendly, we judge by our experience, and each of us is (or should be) free to share experience after trying some casino (positive or negative). I guess some remarks are worth gold, experienced gamblers can give insight into what is good/bad, and how to improve some features. In a way, they were getting free advice about improving their casino, and I guess we all know that business advice can cost a lot...
In the end, I think they made a wrong move... but time will tell if am I right about that.
It will be a bad decision for the owl team to follow that footsteps and avoiding or not responding to complains, this is not a good business decision unless their have decided to become fraudulent and unresponsive and if that be the case then we will advice others to avoid the casino for the time being and if they ever decide to rewrite the current bad situation because of their early reputation which was more of a positive start.
-owl casino came with the token that was performing very well before the last market crash and their never rise from that, and since then I noticed a total decline and lost of motivation.
