OP you addressed your post to Nigerians and you posted it in an international section. If your intention is to get the views of just Nigerians you should have posted it in the Nigerian Board.
I wanted to point out that when I saw this post and made my first comment yesterday, but the fact that it is politics and society section ops may be right to have posted it here.

yes you're very right about that ,most parents don't give their children that time too,that's one thing all mother's should know also ,a female child is a blessing to the family but most mother's don't give their kids that time to sit them and talk to them to teach them,my both parents never thought me that too, it was my grandma that puts me through and I got to know all about it ☺️
What I have always educated parents about is the importance of quality time with the kids, and this quality time is not only by the mother alone this must be the involvement of both parents and child training can't be handled by a single parent, that kind of practice is what has to lead to the present societal crisis today where we have so much character decadent in the system today, and the only solution to redress the earlier stand and also try to give lit kids all the whole sex education their need.
-Early child birth from young people is worrisome and their inability to Carter for the child is a big challenge to most of them have to rely on that.
