Doc I sent you a Ben just for sticking in there, and also to see how long it takes for you to get it.   Tongue
it arrived 4/5/2014 at 02:05

Nice!  3 Days!

Better than coast to coast pony express or even SR-71 Blackbird full of gold coins!

Well, the Blackbird get coins to you quicker but there's lots of overhead.

======
Here is the math on what it would take to use an SR-71 to transport dough:

SR-71 Blackbird:

Payload: 3500 lbs = 3500 * 16 ounces = 56,000 oz * 1000 USD [gold spot] =

So $56,000,000 USD in gold can be sent via SR-71 Blackbird

One million dollars in 100 dollar bills weigh almost 10 kilos;
in 500 euro bills, the same sum weighs less than two.

So 2 kilograms = about 4.5 lbs or 72oz

so Black bird payload in metric is 1587kg
or 793,000,000 USD in Eurofiat

hmm Blackbird payload in gold bullion   = 560.000,000 USD
hmm Blackbird payload in eurofiat 500   = 793,000,000 USD
hmm Blackbird payload in USD fiat 100   = 158,000,000 USD

============

B2

Empty weight: 158,000 lb (71,700 kg)
Loaded weight: 336,500 lb (152,200 kg)
Max. takeoff weight: 376,000 lb (170,600 kg)
Fuel Capacity: 167,000 pounds (75,750 kg)

158 + 167 = 325,000 lbs empty
376,000 max takeoff - 325,000
= 50,000 lbs (or 22,679 kilos) of lifting capacity in the B2

so 4.5 kilo = 1 million USD os 4.5 into 22,679 = 11,339,000,000 USD in eurofiat 500 notes can be ferried by the B2.

That's quite a lifting unit. Both have the same lbfeet of thrust (about 70,000 lbs or 35 tons of thrust) but its wingspace that let you lift the heavy loads.
