I installed the utopia app on my second low configuration desktop, and while it opened a little slow at first, it opened smoothly afterwards. Because I had free space on my desktop, maybe I got extra benefits during installation. So those who do not have enough free space on the desktop of low configuration may see a bit slow process while installing the app. I like the design of Utopia, especially when using it in dark mode. I think most of the users will like this design.
1. Utopia team transferred 5 CRP to my address. And tried to swap that CRP with UUSD and the process was smooth. I first swapped CRP to UUSD and then swapped again to UUSD to CRP. So it is good option for users to swap their CRP. The time it took for the swap to complete seemed normal to me, as I didn't have to wait long during the process. So it will be a good experience for the users.
2. I think the utopia team needs to work a little more on the UI of this app so that users who are not so experienced in using this type of app can easily use this app without facing any kind of problem. Because many options are included in the app, users may sometimes get confused while selecting those options. This improvement seems important to me as a normal user.
3. After clicking Shop, the merchant page opens in the default browser(First I was getting repeated error message when merchant page was not opening after repeated attempts, then after using privacy browser I got access to that page. So I don't know if this only happened to me.), and there is a list of merchants who accept utopia payments. That list is quite big and hopefully more new merchants will be added to this list in coming days. Which will be the best option for utopia users who can use CRP UUSD to purchase various items according to their needs.
4. Tried to test the games feature but it requires sending invitations to others. I think it needs to add more options to make it more interesting so that players can compete with each other without sending invitations. So I think the team is quite aware of this. This will attract more users. By using utopia, users will find a reason to stay active for a long time while playing the game.
Conclusion: I didn't know about Utopia before but came to know about them on this forum and I'm writing this review after using their ecosystem. My experience was good while using their app and I have pointed out the things that should be improved. Hope the utopia team will consider the suggestions and advices of these community members for future development and make the utopia ecosystem more powerful and user friendly.
