I just wanted to make sure that all voters understand what they will be voting, as probably not all of them followed the discussion from the other thread.
It seems that I am one of those voters. I voted for keeping "Comments" section and with "Yes" at third question because I would like to see them using "hover" format.
Regarding the first question, what does a block explorer need to get a perfect score of 10/10? If we consider that Blockchair is currently the best option available, I might give it a 9/10 because, let's face it, nothing is perfect, but it is the closest to it.
