I just had exactly similar thing that happened to me first time.  I withdrew 10 million CHTA,  confirmed email linked,  9.9999 million CHTA got removed from my SXC exchange account,  half hour past, no withdraw,  "hash:" field empty.

I am writing to SXC too for my own support.  Let's keep this thread opening for this SXC, it seems to be ongoing problem on CHTA for this exchange.
