Paying $15 for wallets with uniswap transactions before 09-2020 
I can't help but wonder if you are wanting to cash in on a fork that occurred around that time that most people are probably oblivious to? Not saying there actually was a fork, but I'm wondering.
There was nothing in the ETH itself, apart from the POW-POS fork in 9.2020, but ther could be an altcoin distribution that required used ETH address, the way MWC coin required you to input BTC address to be eligible.
If OP found some smart way to capitalize on old addresses, good for him.
From a quick search I also found also PulseChain and Etherlite. Couldn't find a coin price on the former and the latter was 10-15 ETL per ETH at a value of $0.000464, so I'm guessing this is about ETHPOW.
