Maybe they decided to follow the 1xBit example... not responding to complaints and pretending nothing happened.
Forum is not friendly/unfriendly, we judge by our experience, and each of us is (or should be) free to share experience after trying some casino (positive or negative). I guess some remarks are worth gold, experienced gamblers can give insight into what is good/bad, and how to improve some features. In a way, they were getting free advice about improving their casino, and I guess we all know that business advice can cost a lot...
In the end, I think they made a wrong move... but time will tell if am I right about that.
Couldnt agree more. There are a lot of people on this forum with experience and they can give valuable insights to a casino. This forum can really be a good asset in my eyes and yes there will be people that complain or not be happy but that is quite normal.
