You know what you were banned for so you should know how not to do it again. It's not about the link to the article, but more about not putting the text in quotation. When don't quote it and don't include the source you're posting it as your own. If you do at least one of these things you shouldn't be in trouble, but best if you do both. It's just writing ethics.
