I?m thinking Cloudbet is a scam.
They took my Eth, allowed me to bet. Then I won. Suddenly
My account is frozen and I can?t even log in.
They emailed me ridiculous kyc requirements. Including a picture of a paper bank statement. Who the F has paper statements. We?re literally crypto people and you expect us to have paper statements?
So not impressed. No one has responded to my many emails.
if indeed you really feel cheated just because you won big and are asked for KYC, please include a screenshot as proof that you are really being harmed.
because nowadays a lot of fake accusations are showing up in some of the popular casinos just to bring down the casino.
and as far as i know Cloudbet is one of the popular casino since 2013 and already known by all the old people in this forum before. and I myself have been at this casino and have never had any problems with deposits and withdrawals from this casino site.
Any large winnings are of interest not only to casinos, but also to tax authorities and regulators. Therefore, it is not surprising that once a person wins a large sum, the casino requires him to pass KYC and provide various documents.
and that is usually the case with licensed online casinos. so that when you win big and want to withdraw all the winning funds, the platform has the right to request KYC from these customers as a condition that must be carried out to be able to withdraw these funds.
it's all because the casino platform is licensed and subject to regulations that have been in accordance with the agreement from the beginning with the licensing company.
so for me, if it's true that you get a big win and want to withdraw it but are asked to do KYC, I'll do that. because it is just one way to comply with the rules and to be able to withdraw large funds from our account.
