Maybe he owns those accounts and made another to come in and try to make a quick name for himself??? Hard to say.

I want to go on record and say that if the bounty participants you people want to connect are all newbie accounts and the bounty rules don't seem to mind newbies joining, then don't waste time reporting them. The newbie could care less if tagged in most cases because the manager isn't even going to look at their trust most likely. IMO would be better to report it to the manager, then if they don't take action(assuming the proof is solid) then we might consider starting to tag the manager? Just an idea.
