it is quite possible that you are right, but this does not have to be clear proof that one person is behind both accounts. Members have the right to trade tokens among themselves as far as I can see, these addresses had a large number of different transactions and three of them with an almost worthless token are not a parameter for anything.
Still, @Bas120 is already tagged as a bounty cheater so there is a high probability that your claims are correct, but these are just assumptions.
But buddy you see @Starrc84 he is a bounty hunter. If he was an investor he would never BNB repeatedly from his ad to another bounty hunter. @Bas120 I think his Alt account @Starrc84 is making repeated transactions from his wallet.
