Does anyone of you thought that playing for fun helps you think better and win with less effort especially in poker than having the mindset of trying to win? Because when you are trying your hard to win, it will make you overthink and that your mental state will get stressed out.
I think this will work for both land base and online casinos.
I'm not sure if there's a mental or psychological explanation for that but I've been there and done that. The more I think about winning, the more I lose and I think that's fair and the same for the other gamblers out there. And when I yolo and think that it's fine to lose such bets then a sudden win comes. Yeah, I don't really know what's the explanation behind that but there's something that when we're expecting something, it doesn't come. And when we're not expecting it, then it comes. So, I'd say that it's helping me sometimes but it's a case to case basis and it differs from situation to situation.
