It would be great if you keep everything transparent. Can you show us how did the player cheated at your site? Or atleast list the terms and conditions that the player has violated. Its really hard to judge who is right and who is wrong from these plain text and conversations. Please if possible provide some visual proofs like screenshots or video, through which we can make a conclusion.
He cant do that because i didnt cheat, they simply dont pay winnings, what kind of cheater earn 160$ and only after 3rd deposit, and what kind of bookie return just 100 out of 360 deposit.

you make that statement as if you believe in one side only. although this case is like mutual accusations, both of them did not provide any evidence. so as @Nrcewker said we will not know who is right who is wrong because both of them do not provide real evidence.
