Those posts are related to accounts that have been "deleted" in the past, whereby deletion caused the account’s related information to be anonymized if the way shown in the captured image. The display does not correspond to a single account, but rather more a bunch of accounts have been historically anonymized in the said way. You can’t therefore, as far as I’m aware, tell one from another.
