maybe this account will hate online gambling now as he faces this BS problem but also hope that he will not look to all sites as like this one.

The user lost on the 1xbit so he may learn his/her lesson in 2 ways.
1. Positively: Learned that s/he has been scammed so, s/he will deposit/play on the site that has a good reputation on the forum.
2. Negatively (though actually, it is positive too): Learned that s/he has been scammed so, s/he will not deposit/play on any unknown site of him/her.

we cannot deny that fact specially those newbie player that had just first experienced online casino and ending like this? surely it will marked casino like this to be scamming and will never put their money again.

That's also possible especially if the amount involved is huge, it's traumatizing for someone who value his money then ending up in scam casino. It's an experience that will trigger to never try playing online because of the worries that it might happen again.
