Unfortunately, there is no place for this, not one that I know of. Icopress gave a few small insights into what Neodice is currently working on. That's how I got my information. I guess they are tough when comes to rating casinos, considering how reputable Stake is.
Yes, you're probably right about that. If even Stake only got a 7.7/10, Neodice's 6.4/10 is actually quite good.
