Award Satoshi the Nobel Prize in economics, that 'll flush him out! 
being a nobel Prize winner is a 'title' more so then a trophy. i think satoshi can find a way to not need to turn up. EG he will just get gavin to turn up and claim it on his behalf. much like what they do at the Bafta/Oscars sometimes
And the prize amount will be converted to Bitcoin and sent to Satoshi's address
