I am new to the crypto world and still learning the basics to understand how it operates. A friend who is an artist introduced me to NFTs, which he said is similar to Bitcoin. I want to know how NFT drawings can be invested in Bitcoin, but first, I need to understand how to create NFTs that have crypto value. After discussing it with my friend, I searched for help online, but instead of understanding it, I am getting more confused about it.
Do NFTs have the same value as Bitcoin? I have read that investing in Bitcoin is a good business opportunity, especially for people in West Africa who may not have many job opportunities. One can be self-employed by trading and investing in the crypto market and assets, including NFTs.
As a newbie in the forum, I have read other articles about Bitcoin, but I still need a good guideline on the crypto world, Bitcoin, and NFTs.
If we talk purely about nft collectable pictures because i recon that's what you are after, and if overly simplify it, it's basically this:
You create bunch of pictures, then you need to "make nfts from them". easiest way to do this is go to opensea.io and create an account.
Then you click your account icon pic and choose "Create"

It will take you to a page where you can basically drag and drop pictures. And choose different properties for them, then you choose a blockchain and pay the fees for creating your nft.
You asked that do they have same value as Bitcoin? You can think this as etsy shop. You can try to sell anything with any price. But the question you need to ask from yourself is: Why would anyone buy the nfts you did?
An example: I made this banana as nft for a test:

Now i could set up a sell order for it and name the price. But why would anyone buy it? Even it was a special banana?
But my explanation was not about nft collections. Those are basically same thing except you mint (buy) them without seeing what you get and they have a reveal day when you get to know what sort of pic you got.
That's more complex procedure and someone else can tell about it if they have time. However the whole web is full of tutorials.
