Occasionally the batsmen make the very simple match difficult. In today's match, Lahore Qalandars threw the target of 180 runs to the Multan Sultans team. Multan Sultan ‍score pretty well on the power play the score 49 at the end of 6 overs with losing 1 wicket. There was no pressure was seen by the batsmen. They are slowly made the match difficult. At one point the required run rate rises above 15 per over. It may be that the bowlers of the opposing team were more stronger by which batsmen did not play the ball and the wicket fell. This match was ended without any excitement.
Why would the batsmen make a simple match difficult for themselves and their team? It's the bowlers of the opponent team who does that. They bowl so well that the batsmen just simply can't score runs with a normal or required pace and eventually, the required run rate keeps rising and finally reaches a point where the match turns almost one-sided.

Lahore's bowling has been phenomenal in this version of IPL. They simply crush every team that comes in front of them, and their support for their batsmen is tremendous. If batsmen score even 150, the bowlers defend that with grace and they take the win away from the other team.
Lahore bawling attack was superb. No doubt about it. But Shaheen Shah has kept his team united too.
He has given his team members iphone and a plot previously for the good performance.
Lahore bowling is quite good. In particular Rashid Khan is the match turner. He took the most important middle order wickets of Rilee Rossouw, David Miller and Usama Mir. If one of the player have supported in creating partnership this could've been turned in favour of Multan Sultans.
Rashid Khan had some good bowling performance in the last match but the batsmen could have done better. Because they didn't have much pressure to run in the beginning. If they could have stay at Rashid Khan's overs, the wicket would not have fallen. I think the biggest weakness of Multan Sultans is that they depend on Mohammad Rizwan. They don't win in matches where Mohammad Rizwan doesn't perform well. Mohammad Rizwan did not perform very well in the last match as expected from him. But despite having a popular batsman in their team, they failed. Kieron Pollard in particular did not get runs when needed. It is not possible to win the hearts of the audience with boundaries when the match is not possible to recover.
