In my opinion, for example in April 2021 Elon Musk sent a tweet about Dogecoin he called himself "DOGEFATHER" after this tweet DOGE up to 20%
I think Elon Musk really brought Doge to the Moon after he posted about Doge on his social media. However, there was no official confirmation from Tesla about Payment with Dogecoin and currently Tesla only received payments using Fiat like American dollars or bitcoin.
