I have laptop with 3070 gpu, I use it to mine when it does nothing else ...

Well I cant change power settings on it but sometimes it take 94W of power and then it is hot and loud and sometimes (rather rare cases ) it takes 79W of power and then it is cool and quiet (hashrate more or less is same). Is there a way to set it always to be on 79W or that thing is beyond t-rex's control (some HP o15 own secret thing that is beyond my control).
