Unfortunately, this kind of behavior exists on many platforms and not just on SWC. Some players just can't resist using insults or racist language. That's why I avoid most chats on platforms like SWC etc. If this isn't possible, I've learned in the meantime to simply ignore such people and not to react to them at all. 
That is implicitly an awesome suggestion to SwC management to improve their software and game environment : they should definitely add an "ignore user XXX" feature , just like the one on this forum, to their software.
