Yes you are right that mate once the casino have announcement thread here in our community it's easy for us to report the owner or the facilitator of the casino because we are here every hours. While playing in the outside casinos which is too risky cause if there's a problem only Thing you can do is report it to thier customer services which is there's a time that thier facilitator not just very active in terms of reporting.
Every casino should have a thread in the forum community to prioritize service for users to report bugs, problems on the casino or other issues, the casino has a service team section to deal with problem reports but risks other casinos have no thread and don't have a discussion group on telegram and discord. Apart from having the benefit of improving service because it has a thread for the gambler community on the forum, other benefits can also increase the reputation of the casino based on ratings from reviewers who have given good reviews on the top casino lists.
We want this but sadly not all casino owners are doing this. You notice that if we google crypto casino, we can see so many casinos who are new to us. Another one is when we check the casino review sites. Many of them are not even new but the only reason why we are not familiar with them is the lack of ann thread in the forum. Casino is a business and each business motto is to prioritize the customer.
It is still possible to report an issue on the casino that you are playing by just contacting their customer support and they must have other contact details which is usually located at the bottom of their website. I like it if a casino has a telegram or discord discussion group but I think casinos in the forum rarely has this.
Oh, sweet mother of dragons, it appears that the casino overlords are blowing a once-in-a-lifetime chance to prioritize their patrons. I mean, seriously, what gives? Maybe they're busy living their best lives, like hiking or dancing to disco. Who am I to judge? But, in all honesty, it's a downright travesty that we can't locate all the crypto casinos in one convenient spot. It's like searching for a hot needle in a stack of pancakes, except the needle is worth its weight in gold and the pancakes are made of silk.
Reporting a problem to a casino's customer service is akin to playing a game of hide-and-seek. You whisper your trouble to one person, and then they whisper it to another, who whispers it to another, until it's as garbled as a cat trying to play the piano. But hey, no worries, you might just end up getting a free pizza out of it. Yay for pizza
