In reality, I seriously doubt much of the people within the Qanon movement are even aware of this lawsuit, the declarations given under oath and the released text messages between top Fox hosts about what they really thought about the state of the election.

Many of them only watch Fox and similar media on internet and since mostly is the left media which is reporting on the Dominion lawsuit, it is possible they are not informed at all.
I think you might be right. It's not like Fox news want to cover a huge loss of credibility and they won't be watching anything else then right wing news. I guess fox news pays the bill and moves on like nothing happened. Except i wonder if their viewers pick up the fact that they will stop talking about the voting machines now. In best case they might even be more careful to pick their battles, and choose more carefully who they are attacking without evidence.

They will continue with the usual reporting, political endorsement and pushing against their political rivals, but from now on, they will definitely not mention any specific company or corporation that could sue them, like dominion is doing. Fox being a public company, it would not be surprising if some hosts end up getting fired because of pressure coming from the share-holders.

Also, I just stumbled across this news, I seems dominion got some former private Zoom calls of Fox's hosts discussing their accurate call for Biden's victory in Arizona.
