It looks like a straight forward action to delete these posts. You didn't share the threads that were moved, but this should have been acted on.
Shared. Here is a link to the user
blmpnetwork. Look at his post history, it's full of redacted posts that don't make any sense, and none of them have been deleted.
Adequately handled reports are a motivation to report more, but we would try to focus on the action and not the result.
If in thousands of reports you've only had a handful of issues, doesn't seem like a reason to quite sending out reports.
I'm not looking at this problem in the
here and now format, I'm looking at this problem in perspective. If I'm going to send another 200,000 reports in the next 2 years, then I have to understand what I'm doing, this is the reason I always had perfect statistics of good reports, 140,000 good, 585 bad. What's the point of doing more reporting when everything you spend your time on just stays where it is? What is the point of involving yourself in an activity where, until now, several people have not been able to come to some kind of common opinion, where the same posts are interpreted as bad and good at the same time. I know where there are 100,000 more such posts on the forum that I cited as an example today. Well, why would I waste my time when I do not know for sure whether they will be processed or not? This is a waste of time, I dont spend time making my statistics change, I spend time making the garbage really disappear, and not stay in its place. This is not moderation and not a battle with spam, this is a piece of shit, you can just as well stand with a leaky bucket at the tap and pretend that you are getting water.
