The point of all this is Ateta who was able to build this squad to be very effective and able to be at the highest level. Because Arteta is personally disciplined and able to educate young players about their respective talents, they can be solid with one another. If we look at a club which incidentally is filled with young players, most are selfish and it is difficult to support each other, but at Arsenal it is different from Arteta's leadership, in fact the egos of the players can be controlled so that a beautiful game is created.
Thats for sure. Artetas right personalities are rubbing off on the players. Arsenal are developing a habit of making the impossible possible. This young team do not seem to know when they are beaten. For all the criticisms and concerns over their collective inexperience, what's overlooked is that Arsenal's relative naivety appears to come coupled with an utter fearlessness. Arteta has been at the heart of that process, determined to turn the home ground into a fortress and a sanctuary.
I think Arsenal is having a great and unbelievable season because of Mikel Arteta's man management and his personal relationship with the team players. Watching this season's Arsenal team you could see that the players are playing for their manager. The team spirit whenever they're are playing is another great indication that Mikel Arteta has great influence on the team and that is very big plus to the young manager. I won't be surprised to see him win the most difficult league title in the world at the end of the season.
