This layout reminds me of Stake, in fact most of the tile/icon placements seem almost identical. Generous promotions going on, but would love to see more context around what exactly the VIP club entails. But more importantly, why should players switch over?
While the design/layout is seeming to become somewhat standard (this layout also kind of reminds me of Betnomi), it would not be surprising if there is some relation considering the premium domain and design similarity. Punt.com seems to be affiliated with Stake in some way. Only Stake or people affiliated with the developer of it would be capable of setting up a casino on a somewhat consistent basis while doing so with these kind of premium domains. I don't think entirely this is the case, but it would be not be surprising.
