Many people thought it is too late to buy a first bitcoin when it was traded about $60,000 but now they have chance to buy it around $22,000 or months ago at cheaper price around $16,000?

Did they still think it is too late to do that? Did they actually buy it when they have very great discount from $60,000?

If they did not buy any fraction of bitcoin in the last few months, yeah they will never join.
