Because they just can't call that season as a successful one even in that case. They are still unable to win a title and this must be annoying for Kane also. While he is trying his best for Tottenham he deserves some titles at the same time. While he is one of the best strikers in the world this isn't fair for him. Manchester United might be a better option for him in my opinion.
