So you can't find Neo N3 and NEO app? Or is it the latter? If I understood the explanation correctly, the old app is no longer supported and you need to use the N3 one. If you still can't find it, probably contact their support for further help. I've never seen anything like this assuming everything is updated etc. I don't think it is an internet problem either, I could be wrong though.
