I baked the pie before fully reading the rules about merit (only 29 merit points away from hitting the 30 minimum to qualify!), so I understand that I'm not eligible, but still had to post since I spent hours on this (despite what it looks like)

I used fondant letter cutters to cut out the letters of BITCOIN in place of the top pie crust, and I put my username in there to prove it's mine (Nioctib is Bitcoin backwards). I gotta say, I think it looked better in my head vs. how it turned out. Still the best apple pie I've ever cooked... of course it's also the only apple pie I've ever cooked

If I were you @nioctib_100, I would surely do my best to try to contribute to the form in an organic way so that you're able to gather the required number of merits. Ever since that you've made this post you're just 18 merits away for your submission to be considered for this contest. From my perspective, it would be a shame for such a good looking pie - and with a nice twist for the decoration - to miss this contest! You've still got some time until the end to meet the requirements

.
Happy Bitcoin Pie Day

The first time I made a cake by mistake. But I try again to create a bitcoin pie. Hopefully this time I can make a bitcoin pie.

Sadly your submission can't be accepted since what you did, while looking good, isn't a pie. Please refer to either to OP where you can find the definition of a pie or see Becassine visual post about it[1]. I'm sorry for this, I still hope that you've enjoyed the cake!
