I'm not sure - how do I check? These were purchased approx 2 months ago. The ones that I have running get 500Kh/s mining scrypt coins.

download gpu-z and save the bios, then download vbe7 and run the saved bios, will tell you everything

aside from this, isn't 500kh/s a bit too low for a 280x toxic?
