I must beg to differ, fraud in KYC is related both to the player and the Casino, I have seen instances where casinos request KYC documents that is on tht extreme, that is documents they know the player may likely no have.
And they request for such documents in hopes that the player may not be able to provide it so that they(the casino) would a to them, a good reason to keep the player's winning(s) to themselves, most especially, if the won amount is quite substantial.
And this kind of fraud is common with really small casinos, or casinos that are just starting up.
I quiet agree with you on this, and I made the comment based on the rule of engagement of casino and players agreement and T&C where the KYC is mentioned and what document a player will be asked for are all outlined in the terms and conditions of the casino.

-And if a player differ in opinion and he is not ok with the KYC requirements then he/she can look the other way around, to find a suitable site that will not go extreme on kyc process, I know there are cases, where the casino wants them to become an outright scam was the purposely imposed impossible KYC procedure on players and those cases are popular among scam casinos but no legitimate casino will do anything of such.
