What are the arbitrage bets? What nonsense? How can you mark a player with some kind of mark for two bets?
Stop using the innocence of the forum on your own agenda about dealing your arbitrage bet issue. Simply book maker has data base for all the players that place bets on different casino. Surprised? No you knew it but you are playing victim here to gain more support.
And don't give me stupid comments. What is there to check? Either tell the player that we won't even refund your deposit, or ask the player for a KYC check.
I believe you are the one that looks stupid on your comment. You are just running in to circle here. KYC is just a standard procedure when you potentially violate any casino T&C. Besides Im just telling you that the admin is already looking on your case and case like this resolve long shot because of the investigation etc. Theres a tons of issue like this in scam accusation board and casino typically allocate 6 months on dealing this kind of issue.
I will understand you if the support dont entertain your issue, But common, You just received a response few days ago.
