if you have not a collateral, it's really hard maybe impossible you cant get a loan here .
moreover you have not reputation or previous trade , and in a couple of minutes you can just create a newbie account.
what if you cannot repay this loan or you just disappear ?  
well, if you are reasonable enough I think you have clearly understood where is the issue...
