I wish I could read your perception of it before helping you try to understand more accurately. Secondly, how do you aspire to participate in signature campaigns or even to manage some of them without having good English (relatively) and a good membership rank? I advise you to continue working on improving your level of English and upgrading your membership, and with time you will be able to understand on your own how things are going here.
