A business development manager contributes toward the growth and development of an organisation. How he/she does it? They do it by firstly looking after the demands of existing cliental and secondly by exploring and analysing new products available in the market. They design new strategies to maintain and grow the business. Assure the implementation of accurate training when a new project is introduced within the organisation. And last but not the least they are a key figure of communication between the higher management and clients.
