I'm pretty sure no casino/sportsbook out there allows users who arbitrage bet. We did not ban players who "won too often" we were however spammed with more or less what looks to be like an syndicate of arbitrage bettors and multiple accounts, most accounts being from the same location and while we're individually dealing with each case of restricted access and allowing withdrawals for their balances. While it does take a bit to solve them due to the sheer volume of arbitrage betting cases, we are close to solving all outstanding cases.

But shouldn't this be included in the terms of service from the legal point of view?
If I end up in your casino and I see nothing in the terms of service that, for example, talks about creating multiple accounts, being illegal. I then make multiple accounts and make huge winnings. Legally, how would you win such a battle without the help of your terms?
I think you should seriously consider what @Mahdirakib suggested.
