For the basic level, it's very easy to get verification but not for advanced level verification because there is verification by doing software which takes time.
I sometimes get irritated with the software because it often finds it difficult to recognize faces but after trying for a while, the verification is finally successful.
Sometimes it doesn't take a long time for a verification process like that because the verification process itself is carried out live and gets approval from the application.
But document verification might take a while, so we have to be patient and ask customer service more often.
Same scenario here. I often repeat the process since bot recognize my face or my face doesnt match to my ID when Im using mobile phone for an AI KYC. I usually do this kind of KYC on my laptop. I can easily finish the KYC without a problem even though my webcam has a poorer camera quality to mobile phone.
Its really sucks to do this kind of verification using mobile because AI sometimes very on a selfie camera ratio unlike the webcam picture.
We don't know why something like that can arise when we really want to do KYC but if we ask customer service, they just suggest repeating it until it works.
And it takes longer just to do the verification process but we also can't skip the verification process.
Both phones and laptops sometimes cannot complete KYC quickly due to considerations of disrupted internet connections or the introduction of verification processes that don't go well and other things.
Those who require KYC from their customers also need to update their software so that customers don't experience similar problems in the future.
