Added a field for discriminating Mtgox and cryptorush affected. This improves data analysis against Leaked Mtgox Database and let to assign a more precise level of truth to rehabilitaiton request.

Some progress done until now with analysis against Leaked MTGox database, but we need more valid Mtgox users of affected for getting more results from crossing-over data with leaked database.

So, false positives could be easily contained, in addition to common techniques.
