I agree. The more options they have for the customers to communicate with the team, the better. This definitely creates trust and I also hope that at some point the Neodice team will consider using options such as a blog, telegram or twitter. This thread here in the forum is a good start, but they should use other options too.

The team must immediately release a blog or social media account, telegram or discord for communication media with customers, the casino must have a strategy closer to customers to handle various reports from customers and if the casino handles a fast response then the casino's reputation will be better. Even though they already have a thread on the forum but that alone is not enough for services to communicate with customers, the telegram or discord option will be better for communication media.
