Many people from abroad have come to Russia and they are going to stay here for their whole life. I have a friend from Brazil who came to Russia in 2019 with his wife and they still live in Russia not far from Yaroslavl. There is also a community of people from the USA who are not going to leave Russia. I was really surprised when I found out that one of them was Biden's friend on facebook.
