@BitcoinHunt3r, maybe you need to follow up on that matter. I have no idea how long the KYC process will take because I believe it depends on the user and the country they are gambling from.
I got information from several users there are 1 day, 3 days and 2 weeks what is clear is I will wait for the longest one before contacting them again

probably contacting the support everyday won't help that much with that matter since it'll just add unnecessary stress on the team
