Although I agree that time is so valuable that we should spend it wisely, I also think that, sometimes, we need to make ourselves be a human - a human that gets tired so the only resort after having an exhausted day is to spend time on social media. Because, in reality, social media makes most of us sane and be able to bear the everyday challenge that we have. But being addicted is something that we should not let happen since it would never give good effects on us. I totally agree that we should always invest in something everyday, since, even the smallest thing could go far in terms of making ourselves to be better.
