Have you read the rules carefully? There's not a word in there about accepting any entries, and there's certainly no entry form. The topic was probably created for the OP to create lists himself. If you yourself want to make yourself known, want to apply for a new rank, then use this topic. It's more suitable for accepting applications.

I thought maybe the rule changed in the middle of the thread because if you look up and especially in the previous page, you will see some applications in the format I used above. I really wonder who started it and where they got instructions
I am OK here. My instinct tells me that I will have more chances here than the other thread which is mostly targeted for low rank members.
