He's just a little dumb and can't read. Other people have worked hard to detect fraud so that no one else falls for their scams, but there are those who cannot read and think that they are smarter than the rest. One could say that he is just careless, but I say that he is just stupid, because he purposefully walked around the topics of various scammers and tried to establish contact with them. When I said that the one he was talking to was a scammer, he just went looking for another scammer. He was directly looking for someone who would deceive him, like a helpless child.
