@YOSHI - I'm not convinced JassicaLara is an alt of the two Topper's 10 and 67 who each use nishachowd dozens of times.
Actually in their case I didn't see the Twitter account used by: @JassicaLara, I also saw the transactions made by them.Example:

What's worse, today @Topper67, has started deleting his own posts, not sure what the purpose of his own deletion is.
I'm 100% sure they are Alt.
@YOSHI - It's not proof of a connection, but I find it's worth keeping an open mind and having a closer look at these three at some later date.
